We are excited to now offer mobile banking options. These services make it easier and quicker to do all of your banking from any mobile device whether you’re traveling or at home.
1.New Mobile Banking App
(Above pciture) Search your App store for the General Credit Union app above. Members that have our “Touch Banking” app will automatically be directed to update to the new app.
(Lower right corner of above picture) Once the GCU App is loaded, you can choose to add a new tool called ” Instant Balance Settings”. Once you click on this tool which is located under the “More” tab, it will ask you to choose which suffixes you would like to see when you open it. The next time you open the GCU app, there will be an icon in the upper right hand corner before you put your password in. (picture below) You can click on the Instant Balance Settings icon and see your balances without entering your password. If you want to make any transactions, you will need to type in your password and continue into mobile banking.
