As of 8/4/16 our new General Credit Union App is available at the App Store or Play Store. Do a search for “General Credit Union” and download the new GCU App. Members that are enrolled in Touch Banking will be asked to update to the new app automatically. Simply follow the directions. Once you have installed the new app, you can download a new tool called “Instant Balance Settings” located under the “More” tab. By loading this tool, you can have instant balances without logging completely into the mobile application. Then the next time you log into the new app, you can click on the Instant Balance Settings icon in the upper right of the screen and see your balances quickly. If you want to make any transactions or see history, you will need to type in your password and continue into the mobile banking application.
