With any touch-tone phone, you can find out whether a check has cleared, verify your balance, transfer funds, make a loan payment and more!
To use this free service simply call 260.471.4874 or 1.800.640.0502 and follow the prompts. If calling for the first time, follow prompts and enter your account number. You pin # is automatically set to the last four digits of your social security number. For security reasons, once your social security number is entered, you will then be prompted to change your pin number to that of your choice.
