GCU online puts you in complete control over managing your finances, plus you’ll save time, and enjoy increased accessibility of our banking services. You can use your computer, tablet, or our mobile app on your smartphone to access your account 24/7. It’s convenient to make transfers, check your balances, pay bills or use Popmoney, our person-to-person payment service. Most importantly, GCU Online is about convenience, reliability, and security.
Please note that signing up for GCU Online will discontinue the mailing of your paper statements since you will be able to access your account/print statements through the online banking system.
***Important Notice*** Attention members who use GCU Online: We are implementing security enhancements on May 14, 2015. This will require everyone that currently uses GCU online to re-enroll in the new security enhancement program (pick an image, create a phrase to go with the image and choose challenge questions). Your current User ID and Password WILL NOT CHANGE!
You will be guided through the upgrade process step by step (directions below) just like when you first enrolled. It should be a very simple process that most are familiar with on other sites that ask you to pick new challenge questions.
We also recommend deleting cookies from your device. Not doing this could cause older site cookies to be used and generate some misleading displays and errors.
Periodic Enhancements to GCU Online are designed to help keep your account as secure as possible. As a member, you can also play an active part in your account security by changing your challenge questions and responses from time to time. Password complexity can also help you keep your account more secure. By using a mix of random upper and lower case letters with a couple of numbers will make it more difficult for the bad guys to gain access.
One of our top priorities at General Credit Union is keeping your account(s) safe and secure. There will be more information about this process on our website in the near future. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 260.471.5544 or 800.889.5554.
