The skimming equipment is a single card reader with a USB port that is cast in plastic and matches the ATM front and is attached with adhesive. If you notice an ATM that looks different please do not use the machine and contact the credit union.

GCU Online is Getting A New Look
GCU Online will be upgraded with a new look, which includes horizontal navigation and easier access to the items you use the most. The snapshot page will be able to be semi-customized with items you find most important from the list of options. Here are a few screen shots to give you a sneak peak of the new look.

After logging in, you'll see a snapshot of your account. This is the page that can semi-customized, plus, you will be able to do quick transfers.

The new system will allow you to view the contact information we have on file and make changes to the information.

All of the tried and true features you are used to will still be available. Only the look of GCU Online will change. Your password, passphrase and picture will remain the same; however, you will be prompted to enter a new password once you log in to the new system. For security reasons, we are increasing the required number of characters from four (4) to a minimum of six (6) and a maximum of twelve (12) and it must contain upper and lower case; alpha and numeric characters.

Debt in Focus is a financial tool designed to help you take a look at your debt to income ratios, debt payment schedules, and obtain personal action strategies based on your own personal history to help keep your finances moving in the right direction. It is completely anonymous – you are never asked for your name, Social Security number, email address, physical address or other identifiable information. If you receive a text message, email or phone call that asks you to verify any personal information about your account by responding to a phone number or website please do not respond, it is more than likely a bogus contact.
